Insurance Solutions is an employee benefits consulting firm offering clients an integrated approach to benefit solutions. Services include selection of the benefits, employee enrollment, education, and compliance. We are located in Annapolis, MD and we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team.


  • Provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Manage all aspects of the RFP process.
  • Serve as a resource to clients and their employees regarding benefits and insurance questions.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with clients. Proactively follow up and anticipate client needs for potential challenges.
  • Assist with implementation of renewal decisions, program set-up, and vendor management.
  • Prepare benefit packets for open enrollment and new hires.
  • Manage client relationship issues.
  • Work with clients to resolve claim, enrollment, eligibility, and billing issues in a timely manner.


  • HS or equivalent required. Additional education focused in the area of Risk Management or Public Health Policy and Practice a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage responsibilities and tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as an independent contributor.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite. Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Employee Navigator a plus.
